Sponsorship fee of $10,000 or more.
With this sponsorship, you may combine sponsorship opportunities (Click here to see items 4, 5, 6, and 7.) to equal $10,000 or contribute to one specific function from them. We recommend that you contribute to the activities with the highest attendance such as receptions and luncheons in items 4, 5, 6, 7.

The Gold sponsorship will include the following:

• A 10 x 10 exhibitor booth free of charge (additional space is available for a fee).
• Your company recognized during the sponsored event and at the opening ceremony.
• Your company name on the Congress program and website.
• A short paragraph on your company profile in the Congress program
• A full page company advertisement in the Congress program
• For an additional $5000, you can have a full page color company advertisement on the back cover of the USNCCM-10 program.
